Tom Saleh
Co-Founder, CEO
Tom is a trailblazing entrepreneur and veteran of the computer industry with over three decades of experience founding and leading high-technology companies. He has achieved several successful exits to companies like Raytheon, Reuters (now LSEG), and the International Futures and Commodities Exchange (now part of the CME group). As former CTO of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Tom has served as senior adviser to NASDAQ, NYSE, and Safeway Supermarkets. He currently serves as director of six venture-backed companies and advises several private equity funds.
Laura Trumbull
Co-Founder, COO
Laura brings over 30 years of financial markets technology expertise. After earning her B.A. from Harvard, she worked at Reuters for almost twenty years in senior global roles including product management, development management of equities trading products, and governance of quality assurance, architecture, and DevOps processes. She later served as VP of Marketing Applications Technology at Meredith Corporation (now People Inc.) before becoming COO and CTO of Chaikin Analytics, which was acquired by Stansberry & Associates Investment Research.
Larry Rafsky
Co-Founder, CTO
Larry is a prominent American data scientist, inventor, and entrepreneur. He co-invented the Friedman-Rafsky Test, a key procedure in multivariate data analysis, earning him the Theory and Methods Award from the American Statistical Association. Larry holds 14 U.S. patents focused on real-time numeric and text analytics, and has published in Econometrica, The Annals of Statistics, and Management Science. A summa cum laude graduate of Princeton with a Ph.D. in Statistics from Yale, his three prior startupsβFAME, GARI, and Acquire Mediaβled to successful exits via acquisitions by Citicorp, Dow Jones, and Moody's.
Steven Jacobs
CFO
Steve brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, having served as Chief Financial Officer and board member for both public and private companies across diverse industries. He has extensive expertise in corporate finance and investment banking, including prior roles as Managing Director at a Florida-based NYSE firm and as co-founder of a boutique investment bank. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and maintains multiple FINRA securities licenses, with expertise in financial strategy, capital markets, and corporate governance.
